Last year, you purchased 3 monitors from us. Over 20 days later, you reported that one of them was damaged due to logistics issues. To accommodate your situation, I provided a replacement free of charge. However, due to complications with your three different freight forwarders and their poor communication, the monitors were detained. I paid to release them, but due to reasons on your end, they were not successfully delivered.
This year, you bought 4 monitors from us. Before shipping, we requested you to take a video inspecting the goods upon receipt. You agreed but did not provide any such video. On the third day after receiving the shipment, you claimed one unit was damaged due to logistics, yet you could not provide any useful video or picture evidence for us to file a claim with the logistics company. Five days later, you reported damage to three machines due to logistics reasons. If another customer's monitor is damaged, I can compensate them if they provide effective video
